the bed was comfortable, good kitchen with all the necessary utensils.

the bed linen was not fresh and not clean . and the worst thing was that there was no hot water!!! we had to heat water in a kettle to somehow wash ourselves, or take a cold shower!!! and the owner of the apartments did not warn us that during our stay (4 nights) they would not have hot water!!! They should have warned us that there would be no hot water at all!

First of all, the location is very comfortable (just 5min by walk from the central train/bus station) and also just 10/15min from the city center. The neighbourhood is quiet even if you are next to the central station. Also just around the apartment you have a lot of nice restaurants and bars. The apartment by itself is very nice, well maintained and if you are planning to stay for a longer period you have inside a small kitchen (with an oven, sink and big fridge). Also inside the bathroom you have a washing machine which can be very useful for a longer stay. I really recommend this apartment!

The only negative thing is that it was written that you can check-in starting from 15, but when I arrived the apartment was not ready and no one warned me about this, so I waited at least one hour for the room to be ready.

Great location - close to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants + train & bus station. Very easy check-in, independent from the time of arrival. Very detailed explanations about it, provided in advance. Modern furtniture and comfortable bed.

Not enough blankets (one big for the master bed, bur not confortable enough for 2 people). The water kettle was not clean. The toilet paper was not enough during our stay. A touristic city map would have been great (easy to get some from the tourist office) + a list of the hosts' recommendations for nice restaurants & coffee places. All small details, but these would have made our stay perfect.
