Vilnius Old-Town Renaissance Studios

Extremely comfortable stay in a great location in Vilnius. Very beautiful room and bathroom, everything was clean.

When we arrived there was only cold water in the shower and the host just ignored communication. Be aware that you might have to get a shower elsewere if you want warm water.

the place is in a great location, brand new. Comfortable bed, for proper rest, pretty well equipped.

the drainage in the bathroom (shower and sink) was blocked. Communication was bad. there was an iron, but no ironing board. The apartment felt very small. My partner couldn’t travel, so for one person it was fine, but for two-too small, especially, when the bed is opened.

Location is really good. Close to train/bus station, Halle Market, Old Town. We had everythig what we needed, altough a corkscrew and a sharp knife would be appreciated.

THERE WERE BED BUGS IN THE ROOM! At first we noticed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned - there were dirty stains on the wall, something that looked like shoe marks next to the bed and the bed cover was dirty from something that looked like blood. We were also very surprised by the wet towels in the bathroom. Additionally it turned out that the drains in the washbasin and shower were clogged. After just half an hour spent in bed we were badly bitten by plenty of bed bugs. Around midnight we called the host asking for other room but they said that they couldn't help us and we need to look for other stay by ourselves. We left the room in the middle of the night at the day of our arrival. Next days we were contacting the host, they promised to return the money but afterwards they started to ignore us and the refund was still not received. Eventually we raised the issue to Booking administration and only then the problem was solved. WE TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
