did not meet my expectation, the bed I paid for 4 person per pax in a room and it clear that 4 person but bed is just for 2 person and not comfortable even for two .

When we went to check-in, we were told by the hotel staff that there is no available room at the hotel. And they can’t give is a refund. Referred us to booking.com, but we’re unsuccessful when we tried cancelling the booking. Property is not responding to text and calls. No refund received yet.

the host is not accommodating my concern i have called her few many time but no response. the unit have a few small cockroaches and were not able to cook because they don’t have electric stove. Even the rice cooker has no inner bowl. Will not book again in that place and recommend this place to my relatives and friends.
