"The room was comfortable, but not happy with management response, saying they will not refund!"

location was good

The room number was not emailed to me in the original confirmation, the guard did not help with this...he checked the email and arranged another room which my fiance had to pay for completely...disregarding that the room was already paid for, so overall was very disappointed with the concept and property..I have a few appointments in Cebu coming up and will NOT be staying at Mabolo!
