Cleanliness, Location, friendliness and responsive staff and great value for money

Not really a super bother but bedsheet may be improved - it’s not smooth maybe due to over washed ? Not sure but it’s a bit rough

"Adequate room for families on a budget."

The location is sketchy but safe enough. The room has sounds from outside. Very plain. Concrete countertops. Two plastic folding chairs for a dinette. Adequate for a family on a budget. Internet speed was outstanding

We enjoyed our stay here because the location is very accessible and convenient. Everything we needed was just nearby. Uncle John is just at the bldg. entrance. There are also restaurants in the building and other convenient stores. It is just walking distance to Harbor Point (Ayala), SM Olongapo Downtown and Royal Duty Free. Parking is provided for those who have cars. The unit is homey with aesthetics. We were comfortable with the beds and bedding. We also liked the digital lock of the unit. We did not have to worry about keys. Also the rain shower was very satisfying with hot and cold water. Ref was essential for us for storing food and drinks that needed to be preserved or served cold. Electric heater for coffee. Also plates, bowls, mugs and cups, spoons, forks, a small knife, kitchen scissors etc. Basic things needed are there. It would be more convenient if we can also cook but maybe it is not allowed for safety purposes of the bldg. We understand that. All in all, we had a great time.

"Will probably stay here again."

The unit was clean. Fast wifi and Netflix was available. AC was very good. Microwave and Kettle are both working well. Very good location. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. Lots of restaurants available within the area.

The shower area was small, kinda hard to go out after a shower. The bidet spray needs to be changed. Bar stools were unstable and felt unsafe to be sat on.
