Location Spacious Everything you need is there

The AC wasn't cold like before even if you crank it all the way to 16°. The AC unit might need some cleaning and servicing. Also there's a not so good smell in the room. It's like something was soaked and not dried properly (na kulob).

Location. Spacious place. Clean. Strong and cold AC. Fast working WiFi.

The sofa bed was busted. Looks like the previous group that stayed did a number of the sofa bed. Hinges were broken and we weren't able to lay it as a bed. My son was curled up on a sofa instead of a bed 😔 Hope it gets fixed.

The property has everything we needed for an overnight stay in Subic. It's comfortable for us family of 4. We liked the location and the proximity to restaurants and shops. Overall, we were comfortable in our stay.
