"В принципі, нас проживання влаштовувало, за винятком деяких описаних нюансів."

Розміщення чудове, близько до метро в будь-яку сторону міста. Апартаменти просторі. Нас було троє і почували себе комфортно, не буди «на головах» у одне одного. Не відключають світло взагалі + в разі чого є газова плита.

Хотілося б, щоб було чистіше і трохи оновити косметичний ремонт для більш охайного вигляду. Також мінусом є те, що у вітальні дуже дує з вікон. Сидіти в зоні кухні за столом майже неможливо. Але самі апартаменти, на диво, теплі.

"Дуже зручно на короткий час"

Дуже близько до зеленої та синьої гілки метро. Зручно, є чайник, фен, мікрохвильова піч, праска, індукційна плита. Зручно на 1-2 людини. Є засклений балкон. Останній поверх. В квартирі через спільний коридор є вхід до двох апартаментів, які через стіну один до одного. Загалом на короткий час все зручно: є рушники, гель, шампунь, тапочки. А ще тут не було взагалі проблем з вимкненням світла, що дуже актуально.

Є незначні моменти щодо чистоти: білий столик з жовтими плямами, злив з накипом в умивальнику у ванній кімнаті, а решту все було чисто. Ще насторожив однаковий код, сподіваюсь до двох апартаментів вони все таки різні
