Отличное расположение, центр, Гулливер в пешей доступности. Свежее белье, удобная кровать, теплый комфортный номер. Есть мощный фен, утюг, гладильная доска, стиральная машина (и порошок!), посуды достаточно. А главное - очень тихо и спокойно. Служба поддержки очень вежливая и толковая, всегда на связи. Останавливаюсь здесь в каждый приезд в Киев.

Отличная локация, доступная цена, было чисто

В целом все хорошо, квартира наверное соответствует цене по Киеву, единственное, что было холодно. Есть обогреватель, но спать с ним опасно. Если есть возможность заплатить больше, лучше арендовать что-то более современное и более комфортное. Квартира уже требует ремонта.

Було чисто, непогане розташування, орендодавець завжди був на зв'язку.

Не завадив би косметичний ремонт тому, що ціна та стан квартири не відповідають(цінова політика склалась із розташування квартири), дуже маленький бойлер на сім'ю води не вистачить.
