"Very convenient location with some downsides"

Very central and convenient location. Two separate rooms. WiFi was good

Ants. Noise from cars racing along Lesi Ukrainki boulevard up to midnight when curfew starts - may require installing a soundproofing bedroom window or moving bedroom to different room. Aircon doesn't work
