Nice apartment with all the comfort for 3 people. the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary and everting was cleaned. Ok washing machine and drying machine.

The apartment is good for maximum 3 people, we were a family of 4 and the space was just sufficient.

The location, 5 min from the sea. Overall clean. The price.

Being in room n.1 was not ideal. It is on the groundfloor overlooking a parking lot, listening to the people coming and going at the entrance and the smell of smoke from people smoking at the entrance entered the room. I did not feel 100% safe.The fridge was very noisy. There was one hair in the sheets.

Quite a good price as for Miami. We chose the hotel as the first night after a long flight. There is not hotel's parking, but the public parking is just on the other side of the road. If I remember correctly for $1/hour. There are no keys, just codes to enter the building and the room - very comfortable for a few persons families.

A few stairs at the entrance and some people smoked at the entrance (outside).

Excellent place, super clean, very well equipped, our apartment was the smallest yet very nice, great bed, pillows. Great bathroom, shower. And the kitchenette super complete. Great AC. The property has high maintenance and you can tell. Highly recommended for long and short stays. Special thanks to MABEL the woman behind every detail.
