"I will be staying here everytime I’m in Miami"

It’s a simple comfortable apartment. Cute little neighborhood. The owners are the sweetest people. We were leaving out on a cruise I was coming in from DC other family from Oklahoma. We were both stuck with our flights being canceled. We had to rush around and hit the road to drive all the way to Miami. I got into town at noon and the owners so graciously allowed me to check in 4 hours early so I can sleep. They speak no English and I know 3 sentences in Spanish but there was no issue. Used Google Translate it was so easy. The owners are truly the nicest. I will most definitely be staying here anytime I’m in Miami. Years of using Air BNB and I’m telling you the property might be a bit dated but what you get in return with customer service makes it a perfect stay

It’s a simple cute 2 bedroom apartment. It’s so clean

Все понравилось😊очень приветливый персонал,очень чисто,постельное белье идеальное,все соответствовало нашим ожиданиям.Очень близко супермаркет,это ооочень удобно.Пляж близко,мы нашли более удобный заход.Все отлично!

Нам дали 1 апартамент ,было слышно стук входной двери

"Apartamento limpio y bien situado en Miami Beach"

La situación del apartamento, muy cerca de la playa y del supermercado y muchos restaurantes. Además, la persona que nos recibió fue muy amable y tenía el apartamento muy limpio. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

La máquina del aíre acondicionado del edificio estaba al otro lado de la pared de nuestro apartamento y hacia mucho ruido día y noche. Además, la cama que había en la sala estaba bien la de arriba, pero no la de abajo. No son para dormir adultos.

"Good value for money"

Well equipped kitchen allowed for self catering. Comfortable bed & plenty of hot water. Spaceous room. Outdoor coutyard was pleasant. Great location. Supermarket around the corner. On bus and trolley routes makes it easy (& cheap) to get around Miami (we used google maps). Beach 2 blocks away - but not the best beach. Safe neighbourhood. It's an older place, so decor is dated, but remember, when you self cater, you save heaps on restaurants.

Nobody speaks English (No kidding!) Checkin was difficult as we were 20mins late, despite having informed the property.

"Superb"

Location was perfect. There is full kitchen with everything you need. They provide Beach seat and towels

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything. Parking near hotel is much cheaper, then reserve from apartment
