Ironwood Grove, Tiny House Hotel

There was wonderful custom coffee. Charm was great. Other occupants were a delight to see around and at the courtyard fire pit.

I am a light sleeper, so the surrounding activity was tough. Pillows were all the same - very large/fat - which I don't do well with. Though, the bed itself was comfy.

Incredibly loud and frequent train noice. Bed blocked exit. Light pouring in all night through garage door wall. $50 for using dishes!?!? Puddling on outside deck entrance made floors slippery. Furniture had to be moved to kitchen in order to pull out the bed.

So cute and new! Loved how close it was to all parts of Nashville. Loved the easy parking. Very nice place to stay!

The only downside and you know this booking it, but it is super close to an intersection. They offer you all the amenities to alleviate being close to a road though. The airplanes and trains don’t bother us. It was really nice hearing the train. I do wish they would put blackout curtains in the houses. But seriously we would stay here again. Clean, new, and very comfortable! It’s such an awesome atmosphere they have going. We highly recommend this property!

Not enough outlets, no tv, bed too close to wall

Everything was perfect!! We did learn that suitcases on wheels and gravel don't work well but that's not a complaint!!

I recently stayed at this property and wanted to share a few observations that may be helpful to future guests. I was surprised that none of the previous reviews mentioned the train noise, as there’s a railroad nearby with trains passing several times day and night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, since there is no dishwasher, guests are expected to wash dishes manually, which was a bit inconvenient. While the property has its charms, I believe it’s important for potential guests to be aware of these details. I might have chosen another property with more amenities had I known in advance.

I love the neighborhood this is in and the tiny house is such a comfortable environment to work away on my laptop.

The train nearby was a little distracting at night but not enough to keep me from staying there.
