Ironwood Grove, Tiny House Hotel

This place had such a relaxing getaway vibe to it. The French presss coffee was AMAZING! I would definitely come back!! Just a little more prepared next time.

It was a little further than I thought from broadway so you will have to drive to park if you are going there. Parking is basically $50 every time you go to broadway if you plan to stay longer than 2 hours each time. The garage door that you open for the balcony was super cute except ours opened directly to the sidewalk and main road leaving everyone to see everything in that tiny house. The kitchen isn’t fully equipped at all, there are only two pans, no oven, no toaster & they did not supply dishwasher soap or laundry detergent but will give you a dishes fee if you don’t do your dishes. The AC DOESNT WORK WELL. We had it set at 61 the entire time and rarely had the garage door open yet I was dripping sweat in a T-shirt and shorts. Every single entry is stairs, there are no ramp for any type of wheels. & there was a HUGE HORNETS nest in the tree directly in front and touching our sliding door. We couldn’t even sit outside by the fire pit with our coffee because they swarmed. We had to run into the house and shut it behind us quickly every time we got back. & lastly they never turned the hanging lights on outside once. I know that’s not a big deal at all, but sitting outside at night time in a state I’m not familiar with I would have loved some type of light. Two nights for $500 I really just expected a little more.

The accommodations were clean and well taken care of. The location was ideal! East Nashville was great to explore on its own and we were close to downtown!

It was well put together. Very clean.

Nothing but maybe add a Bluetooth speaker to listen to music.

The end of the bed came right up to the door frame to the bedroom making it very hard to get in and out of the bedroom. No chairs other than the benches at the kitchen table. No TV. No rails on some of the outside steps coming up to the door. A little expensive.

The space is very well utilized and the bed was surprisingly comfortable!

Pillows were a bit hard. I would suggest offering one soft and one firm. A box of tissues would also have been helpful.

The idea of it was cute and the neighborhood felt very comfortable and safe!

The tiny home wasn’t that clean. It looked like the sheets, towels and toilet paper had been changed, but that’s it. There were ants all over the kitchen counter. Very dusty and it looked like nothing was moved to be cleaned such as the bottles of face wash and hand soap in the bathroom. There was still soap scum on the faucet and the brush/plate to clean the dishes was filthy. There was hair on the floor and some on the sheets. Also, the air unit in the bedroom didn’t really stay cool. I would stay here again if it was properly cleaned, but for the price we expected a little bit better.

It is a cute little tiny house.

Not a great value for the money. Local is good but not really walkable.
