"Friendly"

The receptionist staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped accommadate my schedule and let me leave my luggage with the hotel and allowed me to check in early. The hotel is new. The room is clean and spacious. Location is located in the city center, so it was only a few minutes away from restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when i am in Pleiku Vietnam. I highly reccomend this hotel.

Nice hotel, they even have a Gym. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. They helped us to book a bus ticket.
