The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is also clean. Good value for your money. Will stay in this place if I'll go to Pleiku again.

There was no room service. Had to go out for our meals. But other than that, I'm happy with everything.

Great hotel in Pleiku! The staff is really friendly and speak English well! I needed to make a phone call and they offered me a quiet boardroom to work in at night. The room (we booked the apartment) is spacious and perfectly clean with a comfy bed and white linnen. Thank you! 5 stars!
