I would have loved to give this one a better rating because it's one of those quirky, oddball places that I usually like very much. It's located in a former army camp, so don't expect coziness. My "villa" was spacious and... well, half-clean. There was a kitchenette but no utensils whatsoever (not even cups or glasses). - staff at reception were very friendly and service-minded, likewise the evening staff in the restaurant. .

The worst thing was that a wedding party (in the restaurant/pool area) and an open-air concert (in a football court next door) were happening at the same time when I stayed, so it was very, very noisy until very late in the evening. Plus, the restaurant/bar/pool were effectively closed (I managed to get room service though). In a case like this I would have expected a discount or at least a warning in advance, but - nothing (at check in I was actually told that I could use the restaurant, which was simply not true). Very unprofessional. Other things: - Wi-Fi was very unreliable. - Breakfast is included, but coffee refills (small cups) cost $2.00, which is outrageous. - Location is great if you're staying here before a flight; if not... not so great. - All in all: overpriced for what you get

The villas are well maintained and clean, water, power and wifi were available and reliable. There is also a restaurant in the premise where you can get good food. Timor Plaza and other supermarkets are within walking distance. They can also organize for a drop at the airport

The breakfast had 5 options which are not so great, only 3 were available. For long stays, there is only so much repetition for breakfast to have. For the amount charged, the hotel should provide water and basics at the villas..coffee, tea, sugar...no bathroom sandals. The amount charged should come with more
