Suites at TreeTops Tulum

Die Suite ist super schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche bietet alles um selbst zu kochen aber es gibt in der Gegend auch einige gute Restaurants. Gute Lage zwischen City Center Tulum und Strand. Es ist sehr ruhig.

Der Kontakt mit der Verwaltung/Rezeption ist kaum verfügbar. Vor Ort gibt es nur das Putzpersonal und einen Nachtwächter und keine persönlichen Ansprechpartner. Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war sehr unprofessionell und auf Frage gab es teilweise gar keine Antworten mehr. Für den Preis und das 5 Sterne Erlebnis würde ich auch einen dementsprechenden Service erwarten

Tree Tops Tulum is extremely overpriced for its location and what it offers. The property is completely remote, inside a gated community, and you need to walk at least 15 minutes just to reach the entrance/exit gate. Compared to other options available in Tulum, the price is unjustifiably high. There are no shops or services nearby at all. The property does not provide drinking water, so if you need to buy a simple bottle of water, you’ll have to walk a minimum of 25 minutes. If you don’t have a car, every taxi ride to downtown, the hotel zone, or the beach costs at least $50 each way. The apartment does not have blackout curtains, so the room becomes extremely bright early in the morning, which seriously affects sleep. Additionally, the apartment has a constant unpleasant, sour smell throughout the stay. Overall, the value does not match the price. There are infinitely better options in Tulum, much more fairly priced and far better located, making this property feel like a complete rip-off by comparison.

Location is in a great cozy neighbourhood, close to nice cafes, quiet and safe. Super nice pool and common area. Rooms were spacious enough. Far from the beach but a very good scooter rental nearby

Súper cómodo el departamento, lo volvería a rentar ! La ubicación es muy buena y puede dejar tu coche afuera, es muy tranquilo !

Tidy, well organized, great pool and quiet area in walking distance of cafes. We had an amazing stay and were able to stay an additional night on short notice.
