Laguna Mini Resort

What we liked: The apartment was easy to find and conveniently located. It offered a nice view and was well-equipped for cooking, with enough dishes and utensils. The pools were cleaned every morning, and we appreciated the free use of SUP boards and kayaks. The hosts covered the tourist tax and promptly provided the necessary documents when we requested them. For an additional €50, we were able to extend our stay in one of the apartments until 6 PM without any issues.

What could be improved: The listing mentioned a transfer service, but it turned out not to be available. Although they initially offered to cancel the reservation, they didn’t respond to my follow-up message suggesting they might cover the taxi cost instead. One apartment had a door that was difficult to unlock — each time it took several tries to get in. Another apartment had one leaking sink. There was no rubbish collection during our stay. The selection of nearby restaurants was quite limited.

Lovely rooms and great pools plus beach with towels and toys provided. Proximity to airport not too bothersome, and with the traffic/roadworks a good place to stay before flying out. Walkable to town but only just, suggest a taxi back after dark.

The apartment was big and enough to accommodate 4 person

The surrounding of the hotel, it is far from the centre of Tivat (10 minutes by car). In nearby there is no any restaurants, shop 15 minutes on foot. When we came at night the reception was closed, fortunately we informed at the advance when we come, we call the hotel and it turned out that apartament is ready for us (it was open). We had the issue with payment, we were informed by the host that they didn't get the money from the booking com, however we showed the confirmation and the issue was sorted out.

They let us check in a few hours early because we landed early, helped us a lot, thank you.
