The property is very clean, big room, friendly and helpful staff, you have pool and easy beach access with very quiet and chill beach area and neighbor. Everything is perfect.

Its just hard to get a taxi but its understandable and bearable as it is near to bus station, to grocery store, near to airport and 20 mins away from city centre.

Highly recommend! Perfect apartment in great location.

Location, private beach, parking area, bicycle riders friendly, you have all necessary dishes, AC etc.

Cleaning needs to be improved, for example the fridge must be cleaned after each guest, the lamps near the bed were with dust, the basked for dirty laundry should be checked after each guest ( we found previous guest dirty underwear forgotten inside)… Would be very nice to be able to buy a coffee or a drink/cocktail etc.

Very clean, very convenient if you want to relax and you flying from Tivat airport.

Good, comfy, clean & well equipped room. Nice private beach and 2 small pools. Helpful staff and lovely views. Was a bit concerned about closeness of runway but no flights at all at night and it was actually good fun plane watching a handful of times in day from beach. Not an issue at all.

It is a bit of a walk to supermarket but bakery is closer. Porto Montenegro is amazing but hard to walk there and back. Taxis easy though and transfer time from Tivat airport minimal.

The hotel is isolated and there no places to walk, only country road where cars can encountered. The road is not straight so children and pets should be under control all the time. Extremely high traffic in this area. Kotor about 45-1 hour, Budva - 1 hour 15 min. No pedestrian zones. Sea swimming area is not fully safe. Closer to the edge of the swimming area there was protruding fittings. No warning signs for guests about this. The bay has seaweed smell that can be sensed in the apartments. Also we faces extremely strong septic smell in the apartment. It was fixed lately. Hot water stopped to work. Air condition stopped to work. It was fixed day after. Shampoo was not refiled.

Really nice place to stay with a family very close to the beach and nice spacious clean room and staff is nice.

Need to reserve a room with a better view , unfortunately I didn’t have a room with a nice view very disappointing.

This property is very modern and so well-equipped. In the kitchen you will find lots of plates, cups, pans, pots, every utensil imaginable, and so many appliances: from Nutriblender, water filter, to electric kettle. Each room has its own air conditioning, which is a bonus. The owners of the property definitely took pride in building this place, and included all the finest of everything: high-quality linens, all the latest appliances (dishwasher (bring your own pods, though), washing machine, fridge, multiple TVs), clothes drying racks (for drying your clothes, and they even included clothespins).The reviews complained of sea weed. We did not find much of it. You can definitely swim and every once in a while you will see a string floating around. Both swimming pools are identical in size and clean. They are the same depth of about 5 ft, they are not kiddie pools. The beach is pebble, and I definitely recommend water shoes - it makes getting in and out of water much more pleasant. The pebbles get really hot and you cannot walk on them barefoot. When getting in the water, your feet may slide off pebbles, which water shoes definitely helped with. Parking is included - definite plus. Staff is SO ACCOMMODATING - just ask. Nicest people, ever. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are included, no charge. We always had enough for 4 of us - there is no need to get up early to claim your spot. Some reviews complained of the proximity of the airport. I thought it was a cool bonus feature. They fly high enough above you so that it is not unbearably loud, and it is so cool to see them take off and land. The earliest we had a plane take off was 8 am, but if you are sleeping, you will not hear them inside - rooms are well insulated. They do not fly at night. There are no other beaches or rental apartments nearby - this place is it. All other homes around it are locals, so it is perfectly quiet, all the time. There is a lone swan that you will see each morning - so cool.

So, the listing shows breakfast included, which turned out to be not true. There is no food/restaurants within walking distance. What we ended up using is food and grocery delivery service app called Glovo. If you type code MVZPRP1 you can have three free deliveries. Many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores participate in this, so we had no trouble ordering and receiving food - we never had to leave the resort because of it. Total lifesaver.
