The entire experience!!! The staff at Aria were superb, and attentive. Michael was very helpful and represented the hotel very well. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is literally 2 minutes away from the beach. My family and I plan to return to Aria for our next vacation in Alanya. Last, thank you for the air conditioning. The AC’s in each room worked great.

The fact that Aria doesn’t have their own beach chairs and umbrellas. Or at the very least make a deal so you can get a discount with the beach chair businesses on Cleopatra Beach.

Breakfast was ok, so we cooked most of the time in the kitchen, which is great. The room was clean and well-kept. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The faucet in the bathroom needs to be fixed though, as it sprays water in all directions.

Exceptional breakfast with eggs made-to-order and all the fix-ins. The gym was equipped very nicely and offered a great opportunity to train away from home. The location is also splendid -- the hotel is a 2-minute walk from the beach. Also, we found it great to be able to cook lunch and dinner in our apartment.

Although this could be inferred from other guests' reviews, the policy on the gym being a paid amenity should be stated on the hotel website or in the Booking.com description. It was great to have the gym to ourselves most days due to the price factor and kept the wanderers out, though.

Очень дружелюбный внимательный персонал, чувствовали себя как дома. Удобно что в номере есть стиральная машина и большая сушилка, для долгого проживания критично. Хорошие завтраки, есть с чем сравнить в других отелях. Отличный тренажерный зал, есть всё как для лайт так и для тяжёлой тренировки.

Свет в номере включается если вставить карточку, стандартная система отдельная, так вот когда ее вытаскиваешь - стиральная машина тоже выключается, что не очень удобно, хотелось бы чтобы она работала как холодильник, постоянно, чтобы можно было уйти оставив стираться вещи.
