Sehr freundliches Personal. Alle Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt. Tolle Lage sehr nahe am Meer. Tolles Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten, Küche und Waschmaschine vorhanden, sehr praktisch. Super Massage, einmalig toll.

Отдыхали с супругой 7 дней в начале декабря 2025. Отличный отель, приятный персонал. Есть русскоговорящие сотрудники: Михаил и Эрика. Завтраки по-турецки вкусные, номера уютные, кровать и подушки мягкие. Наличие стиральной машинки - это ТОП. Сушилку предоставили по запросу. Кондиционеры дуют на тепло хорошо. Рядом продуктовый магазин BIM и стоянка таксистов.

Была проблема с водонагревателем пару раз. Его вырубало и вода начинала течь холодная. Для этого его нужно было перезагрузить, персонал объяснил как. А так вода течет в душе горячая

Иногда выключался подогрев горячей воды, но решали все очень быстро, минут за 5

"Other than poor treatment from male clerk I’d give this place 10/10"

Breakfast was outstanding ….. nice variety

I was unnecessarily detained by an aggressive male night clerk with an Attitude 😡on Saturday night at 8pm. Totally unprofessional…. After showing him my room key (indicating that I AM a guest at the hotel) and even inviting him to follow me to my room. He said NO… you come with me !!! We nearly had a physical altercation ! informed management and nobody ever followed up with me. 😩
