Uptown Parksuites Apartments Tower 1 BGC by PH Staycation

after many trips to BGC and staying at budget accommodations, I decided to go something more premium and better location, the property is clean and fresh and basic amenities are provided, the host replied quickly to all questions and provided ckear check in instructions, property is minutes away from uptown mall and all the shops, me and my girlfriend really like the property it had a home feeling will definitely be re bookin in the future

breakfast average. location was convenience. plenty of restaurants around the area.

hard time contacting the host. even was called multiple times. Porter was not available when you have a heavy luggage.

Apartment was clean,it has all the what you need for the 1bedroom, we didnt stay much in the apartment as was basically used as sleeping area.. staff was polite, the only issue i have was the airconditioning wasnt functioning enough to cool the entire apartment even with the portable electric fam provided making sleep uneasy..i have reported to the staff and sent immediately to repair, it work for while to cool the room however it revert back to like a fam mode only, i didnt complain again as we dont have much time to tackle this issue again as we were extremely busy with other stuffs outside accomodation and checking out the following day. Airconditiining needs to be upgraded for the guest to book again in the future.

Airconditioning not working enough to cool the room, there was an electric fan already inside the room when we first checked in which gave us a clue of why it was included because the cool ventilations wasnt good enough to enjoy rest and sleep. I reported and send staff to repair, it work for a while to make room cooler time and revert back to like a fan cool only mode . This needs upgrading to make guest book again in the future.

I booked this specifically as I had a tight schedule before my connecting flight to the province at 4PM. I didn’t realize how close everything really was to the property. The place was spacious, my friend used the wifi for some work and apparently it was really fast, and the host allowed us to leave our stuff in the unit 1-2 hours after check out.
