Host was responsive over text, provided instructions in getting into the unit.

If reserving a parking slot, ask for specific instructions in getting in. The building staff is not well trained. Check in was chaotic, saw a lot of people looking frustrated to get checked in.Lobby and guards at the parking entrance gave conflicting directions or unaware of what to do when we advised them that our host made provisions for parking. In the end, we abandoned staying for the night.

Very quick response from host, excellent location-- good malls on both sides. Clean room. Good value for money

Check in can get crowded, depending on time. But this has to do more with the building personnel, not the host.

The distance is very convenient to St. Luke’s Hospital. There’s shopping malls & restaurants close by.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property. It’s just that one of the rooms I had didn’t have a couch/sofa bed. Instead it came with a couch/sofa. And only one room had the washer & dryer. While the other 3 rooms had a washer. I had a total of 4 rooms.

The owner has provided good information on the property and easy to reach for an issue we had and handled it quickly. It’s walking distance to malls and restaurants.

The bathroom in the unit doesn’t have enough lighting. The front building tower we were in doesn’t have ramps for rolling luggages and 2 elevators were out of order.

Close to uptown mall, security is good.

Limitations with the pool facilities for non residents. Our unit is quite clean although some fixtures need to be replace like the soap holder, this one is barely hanging on for its dear life.

Location, its clean and ease of communication with owner.

Very nice and cozy apartment with a nice view. You have everything you need and the host is so kind and willing to help. Many restaurant, coffe shops around.
