Cozy and Classy Studio Across Airport Terminal 3

We had a great stay at the Cozy and Classy Studio! The apartment totally lives up to the photos—stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It’s a comfortable space with lots of charming details, and it has everything you might need for a short-term stay, including all the essential appliances and amenities. One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location—it’s very easy to get to, and perfect for anyone transiting through Manila due to its proximity to the airport. There is a mall and a lot of shops, restaurants and hotels around the area. My advice is to just type “anytime fitness” (it is just in front of the entrance of the building) if you are looking for an exact location as there are two entrances and two lobbies of the whole complex. Whether you’re arriving late or leaving early, it’s incredibly accessible. It took us maybe 10min by walk from the airport to the building, and I would recommend just to use grab or a regular taxi if you have a lot of bags. We took grab for our departure flight, and it tooks us 3min for only 100php. The host was also very helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place near the airport.

Nothing major, but I would just recommend adding one small towel to each guest besides the big ones. It adds to the hygiene of your guests and your property

The room was in very good condition, clean, comfortable, everything you need for one night or more.

The building didn’t have a food service or restaurant or a bar which would have been nice and it’s like a residential complex , so wasn’t expecting that, though that’s not a big deal for us as we got value for our money certainly

Excellent location if you need to have quick access to Terminal 3 for your flights. The unit was very clean and matches photo. The beds were just quite hard as per our preference since we are used to sleeping on soft/ plush mattress. There was bad odor coming possibly from the condominium's sewage system, strong smell coming off the sink, toilet and hallway area.. This would have bothered us if we had to stay here for several days but we only had to stay in the unit overnight/ less than 10hrs for our layover flight. Caretaker Jeff warmly welcomed us to the unit even we arrived quite late.
