Cozy and Classy Studio Across Airport Terminal 3

Really close to the airport. You can go by foot

Everything was good

The studio was clean, cozy, well equipped. It was easy to communicate with the host. Great location, nice garden with swimming pool.

One of the reasons we booked this property was the nice pool. Unfortunately Monday is a maintenance day so we couldn’t use it at all during our stay :(

Stayed one night for the flight. Convenient location. There’s a big mall further along the road, a shop and Starbucks and some fast food places around.

We love how aesthetic and cozy the unit is. Complete amenities as well.

It's just too far from the elevator access

Tasteful, with friendly colours and high-quality furnishings. Very clean, also the building is very well maintained Kitchen fully equipped Rosalie the host is very friendly, eager and responds quickly. Giant TV with Netflix Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Unfortunately no drying rack, it would do it perfectly. Nice green courtyard with pool, gym and seating Restaurants, shops, markets and supermarkets nearby The area around Newport Boulevard is very well maintained. NAIA can be reached via the Skywalk in a few minutes by foot. Compared to other condos, generous area. We stayed in 4 different condos during our stay (Palm tree Villas, Emperador building and one in Baguio city), the Cozy and Classy Studio was the largest, cleanest and tastiest decorated.

For us it was not a problem, as we have a good night's sleep, but for noise-sensitive people possibly disturbing. The windows are only about 50 m away from the expressway. They are quite well insulated, but you have to expect a certain noise level day and night
