Clean and comfortable

No receptionist after working hours. Not professional

Rooms were spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Refrigerator is great and it seems like it's new. Bathroom is nice and has a heater and bidet. There's also a sofa available. WiFi is also available and has a good internet connection.

Most of the amenities posted were not available or not working. We expected a lot and it was not met. The host was unresponsive especially during our stay. We didn't get the expected room on our first stay. The sheets were dirty and has marks. It's also dirty under the beds. The utensils are lacking and the cabinets in the kitchen were dirty. There's also a problem on the door of 1 bedroom as you need to push it at a different angle for it to fully close. TV is not working and the remote for the aircon is not working. Chair was broken. However, we were transferred to a different room on our 2nd day. What we didn't like is that the cabinets in the kitchen, cooking ware and utensils are not that clean also. We have to wash it before using. Again, the amenities are not complete and not working but they were only able to replace the rice cooker. There was also not enough dishwashing liquid for us to use and no proper sponge so we had to buy some. There is a lot of dust under the furniture and it is not properly cleaned. There's also no rug for the bathroom so you have to request it.
