Shower was in closed and not a wet room

The bed sheets were moldy, we were only given 2 towels and there were 4 of us and I asked for two more and they said no. The staff weren’t helpful. Location is ok but not a lot around. The kitchen was dirty.

Horrible service. Staff were very very rude other than the cleaning lady. Even when the other rooms were available, the staff gave us the room which was in bad condition. No proper vessels were provided. Overall a very worst experience
