"Awful — we booked rooms and they weren’t prepared , we didn’t get the rooms we booked."

The preparedness of the staff for our arrival. We booked rooms and paid for them only to have them unavailable or unprepared for our arrival. The staff didn’t even know we were coming. When taking this up with the manager, I was ghosted/ignored. They do not care for this property or it’s clients, was the feeling I got from my stay.
