the locks were not locking

There’s nothing I liked about that place.

My reserved apartment was given to someone else, even though I had booked it a month in advance, and I was assigned a room that is typically not used for guests. The apartment was messy with dirty sheets. The beds have sagging mattresses. The drawers were filled with various items. The kitchen had a broken microwave and non-functional plugs.

Was expecting that the breakfast is included but then regardless of that the place was cool and good they treated us nicely and the place was clean ,,If I get a chance I would visit there again with no regrets 😀

there was no shower curtain or glass in the bathroom. the bathroom is very small, but very clean

The facilities were clean enough. The staff member that received us was nice. She made a plan.

The morning staff is negligent, nobody was there to answer questions and help us check out. The gate doesn't lock, that raises safety concerns. The burglar bars don't even lock. My bed was old and very uncomfortable.
