poor wifi , cable TV was broken at first day of vacation, but later was fixed , no soap in bathroom

The property was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed and more, the pool was warm and well attended but most importantly, our host was lovely, caring, attentive and we felt someone is truly taking care of us. Over all, a great value for money. Would most recommend!

The stairs to the upper apartment needs some work, not to safe for young children.

Good quiet place for families.

There is no front desk. They sent me a video with a code to get the key from a lock box. The code was wrong and we had to wait outside for 90 minutes at 42C. We called them and they did not reply for 80 minutes. When we finally got in, there was no soap, shampoo or any amenities so we could not shower until the next day at 11 am when they finally dropped of some soap. There was hair in the sheets, the floor was disgusting. Walking barefoot would leave our feet black. The bathroom is much worse than in pictures. The door and wall has rust. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there were only 3 forks, the pots and pans were old and dirty. The shower also had hair. It is obvious they did not clean it. I seriously recommend anyone not to stay in that hole.
