Pool was good.

No hot water in the morning. Staff made a checkin error and then asked us to change apartments at some inconvenience. Staff requested me to install whatsapp instead of just emailing checkin info. Apartment was good but a little run down .

Everything was ok

Apartment 1 (we were there) it is located closest to the entrance to the pool, children in the pool can be seen from her main room. It does not have a separate space in the courtyard, through which the guests of other apartments would not pass. Apartment 2 (has only a bedroom window to the pool), a separate entrance to pool, a separate fenced space in the yard. Apartment 3 has the largest private area in the yard, but far from the pool, access to it through the territory of apartment 1 Apartment 4 on the second floor, has a terrace overlooking the pool and another place for sunbathing. We like: 1. HEATED pool . 2. good trampoline for children. 3. plenty of place . 4. good gas grill(not shared, its own for each apartment). 5. large and comfortable bed. 6. good kitchen equipment .

1. The wooden dining table on the outside easily tips over when two adults sit on one side and only children on the other. It is not fixed to the floor and has an unstable design !!!! 2. no mirror in our bedroom (apartment number 1) . 3. only 1 folding clothes rack for 2 apartments (1 and 3) , guests of apartment 3 were used our folding clothes rack. 4. no WC/no shower near swimming pool , each guest should go after swimming to his own apartment WC/shower. 5. no privacy (cctv cameras in each corner outside ). 6. large but quite odd toilet room in apartment 1 . 7. only 1 (but quite good ) set of towels for the entire period of stay .

Indoors: The apartment is well-designed and comfortable. Excellent beds. Bedroom space intelligently carved out of living room with half-wall to give some privacy. Outdoors: Lovely heated pool right outside our door was a huge hit! My daughter also loved the trampoline. Very well-designed outdoor area with grills and outdoor seating area for each apartment. The apartment is part of a complex containing 4 rental units, but except for the shared pool, you don't feel the presence of the other families. Neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so you'll need a car to get to the hotel/restaurant area.

Internet was not working for 2 days of our 4-day stay. Turns out there was an outage on the entire block, so it was not the property-owner's fault, but the manager could have been more communicative once I alerted him. I had to keep chasing after him to find out what was going on, and at one point he left me alone to deal with the technician.

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. there was plenty of space. we had a spot to park our car. the price was very reasonable.

The door handle was falling out, their was one shower, and the bathroom could use some updating. most important it was impossible to lock all of the windows so the apartment was open the full 3 days we were there. we told the manager who was able to lock all but one of the windows, but the one by the front door was open the whole time. it was a quiet neighborhood and the front gate locked so we didn’t feel unsafe but it wasn’t great.

Very clean, amazing and comfortable mattress, quiet area, big space, swimming pool
