Facilities available for you such as indoor swimming are not easy to find and difficult to access.

À part l’hôtel qui est en pleine côte (je vous conseille de louer un véhicule ou scooter) tout est niquel, le monsieur de l’accueil est très gentil ils nous a même déposer à l’aéroport le jour de notre retour !

Osoblje hotela (Drago i Zorica) je veoma ljubazno i gostoprimljivo.

The apartment is very nice, I recommend it to everyone. If you have a car, rent it, you have to walk a lot of hills. The facilities were good. It was clean.

it was a difficult process because there was no receptionist, we couldn't find an interlocutor at first, we didn't speak a foreign language, and our line was closed to foreign calls

The apartment is very modern and spacious, the swimming pool is amazing, and the access to the beach is very easy, despite a short uphill walk.

The initial communication before check-in

From when I arrived, there was no one at reception to welcome us, we had to wait 45mins before someone showed up,unfortunately they could not speak English, so any questions we had could not be answered. The only thing the lady did was take us to our room and gave us the WiFi password. She did not ask for our ID nor collected the deposit as per their policy. The wardrobe bags with other people's things, including cat food, I asked to be changed rooms because of this, all she did was act confused, I believe this is because she didn't understand me. I started sending messages via booking.com, and they were never responded to. The location isn't great due to uphills, I didn't know how to call for a taxi, so I had to ask the restaurant next door as there was no one at reception to assist. The sauna was always switched off, and there is no access to the hot tabs despite this being advertised on their site. Again, on the site, it states that breakfast is served buffet style between 8-11am. There is no breakfast available as these are apartments. On the last day, my flight was at 8 pm. I was willing to check out late and pay a fee as per their policy. The reception was never there for us to communicate. So I waited for someone to come to me instead. 11 o'clock, exactly the cleaners showed up and asked us yo leave, I told the lady I needed a late check out, she also didn't speak English so she left, only to come back with the manager, as this point I was in the bathroom showering, they let themselves in without my concept, I was shocked seing people stripping my bed and throwing away all the meals I had In the fridge. I am still shocked at how we were treated. She carried out stuff and put them by the door, as I was doing my makeup, the young cleaner was standing by the door watching me.
