Sunny Side Wellness Resort & Spa

Sunny side was a gem on a hill. It was so spacious, plenty of storage for our things, a complete kitchen with oven, bathroom comes with a laundry machine and there's even a small balcony to dry our clothes. Parking was nearby too.

The only thing is it's really sunny in the morning and would have been perfect if they installed blackout curtains 😊👌

No free parking on site as advertised on booking.com. Staff were very unhelpful with the tourist tax.

Super toll gepflegte Anlage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereite Personal.

Die Matratze war ein wenig zu hart. Ansonsten war alles super.

לא אהבתי שמאוד קשה להגיע למקום, הגעתי למקום אחד ובכלל מסתבר שמדובר במקום אחר זה היה מאוד לא נעים כל התזוזה הזאת, הגעתי למקום שהייתי צריך להגיע ואז שלח ואותי למקום אחר, חוויה לא נעימה אחרי נסיעה של 3 וחצי שעות

Apartment was nice. AC in living room and bedroom. Small balcony Quiet at night. There is a nice gym and sauna which we didn't use.

There are few branches of this resort. I was in Sunny Side 2 so review is for that branch. Resort was very hard to find using google maps. I had to park my car and walk around. They need to put bigger signs on the main road. Staff doesn't speak good english Staff was always absent from reception. I saw them once in 3 days when I had to check-in. Staff was pretty much non responsive on both booking.com and whatsapp. It was like as if they don't care or want us there. Location is bad, you will have to drive through narrow lanes uphill. Area is not walkable. Parking is not next to the hotel. No one helped us with luggage from parking to resort. Internet did not work during our stay at all. We complained and nothing changed. No toiletries were provided.
