Sunny Side Wellness Resort & Spa

Amazing property located just outside Budva - quiet, clean, and has a wonderful pool. Hosts were accommodating with check-in, be prepared to pay in cash upon arrival. Room was very large, clean, fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This property is better accessed by car, it’s quite an uphill walk otherwise. There is no public transit nearby that we saw. There are a couple restaurants near by, as well as a small market stand. Many amazing beaches close by too.

Mattresses were slightly hard (just not our preference) and wifi was a bit spotty when multiple people were using it. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Didn't change sheets even though they said they would, had to ask for clean towels, drilling while by pool so not relaxing, if anyway impaired had to walk up hill and down

The facility has a gym, sauna, hammam and outdoor pool. It also has an elevator. The TV package is great. The apartment has two air conditioners and underfloor heating. Our apartment had both an oven and a dishwasher, WHILE the neighbor had neither, but only a microwave oven. So don't count on any of that.

We were greeted by an apartment where the bed was without a cover and was full of long black hairs. There was also a spider and an earwig in the apartment. The towels we received were more yellow than white. The view we paid for was NON EXISTENT. From the balcony we looked at the neighboring hotel, only a few meters away, which covered the sea view. From the window of the room, we looked at other hotels, and the garbage that was scattered behind our hotel. Budva is 3 kilometers from the hotel, so our taxi cost about 10 euros one way, while the others were even more expensive. The internet is not good, with a lot of interruptions, but it serves its purpose. There is NO parking by the hotel. They tried to sell us a parking space in front of the hotel for €15 per day, which we refused. The road to the hotel is VERY steep. Uphill about a kilometer long at an angle of about 70 degrees. It's a problem even with a car, because there is no place to pass a car coming from the opposite direction.

The room was perfect and a great size, the bathroom was nice & modern, it came with a washing machine which was ideal. The pool area was great.

It was very far away from Budva old town and actually in an area called Bečići. The hill that it’s on is extreme, so is only an ideal apartment if you don’t plan to leave it often.

Overall, my experience was positive. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for my needs.

However, I must say that the bed was a disappointment. It was old and of poor quality, and made a lot of noise every time I moved. This made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably throughout the night.
