Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Superhog, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID, as well as pay the non-refundable USD 38 through Superhog. Also, send us the refundable damage deposit via Cash App or Zelle. We kindly ask that you inform us if you are bringing pets or plan to check out after 10:00, so that we can make the appropriate arrangements. If you do not inform us about you bringing a pet before your reservation and/or bringing pets other than dogs, and we find evidence of a pet, you will be charge $125 dollars instead of $50. Note: The building only permits pets weighing no more than 25 pounds. (Only dogs are allowed) If you check out after the scheduled check out time and don't request a late check out in advance, you will charged USD 80 instead of USD 40. All guest must leave by 10:00 unless a late check-out is verified and agreed upon with the host and has been paid for. If the guest or any of their party is still at the property after the scheduled check out time of 10:00, additional fees may apply. The first hour will cost them USD 200 and each hour after 10:00 will cost them an additional USD 100. Unless the guest requests and pays for a late check-out 24 hours in advance which will cost USD 40 and then the new check out time is 12:30. If you stay beyond that, an additional fee is USD 200 will apply for the first hour and USD 100 for each hour after that, beginning at 13:30. House Rules: - No parties or events allowed. - No smoking allowed. - Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. - No unregistered guests allowed. - Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. - Please respect check-in and check-out times. - Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. - Please take care of the furnishings. - You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. - Please don’t rearrange the furniture. - Please do your dishes. - Please take the trash out before you leave. - No illegal substances allowed on the premises. The unit was very clean and well-stocked with a nice view and spacious. (Although I could only find 1 hangar). The front door was a bit confusing but that could have been my jet lag. Overall a nice place to stay and the management company was very courteous and responsive. My deposit was refunded promptly.

I liked the fact that the property was in the middle of everything downtown and in walking distance for the most part. I would definitely stay there again.

I was initially a little skeptical about the property based on the some of the other residents/guests hanging around the building smoking both cigarettes and marijuana. But when we walked into the apartment, all that went away. The place is roomy and very comfortable. There was only 2 of us, but would easily accommodate a family. The owner was great with communication and even let us check in a few hours early and leave a couple hours late. Which was great because of our flight time. I will stay again if available next time I am in Atlanta. And FYI..a very easy walk to the Superdome and college football Hall of Fame.

"FILTHY and infested with roaches"

This place should be called Roachmark Condominium. The condo was filthy and gross with stains on the bed, walls and dining room table. We couldn't even go in the kitchen because it was infested with roaches. The plumbing did not work, water in the bathtub wouldn't go down. I immediately contacted the owner and sent proof. He offered full refund and we checked out the next morning. We ended up at Wyndham hotel . I also contracted some sort of virus from the room where I slept. So I was sick for 5 days coughing sore throat ended up taking antibiotics. Please do not fall for the good reviews. This place needs to be demolished. Save your money and time...I don't want this experience to happen to someone else/ family.

Location ok. Building is clearly transient-based and vaguely, mildly sketchy but nothing horrendous. Sad lack of coffee nearby but that's not fatal :). The unit is spacious; I only used one bedroom but there's a second bed and a rollaway in one closet. Furnishings are generally fine. The bathroom is tiny and the shower is minimal. There is no temperature control at all (!) just a H/M/L on the radiator fan which did not affect the temperature of the (hot!) air blown in. I kept the windows open when possible but that did mean that the adjacent highways created a lot of noise. Big big HUGE red flag: the place was filthy. Literally: food all over the rug, dirt all over floors which had not been vacuumed, gross stains on the toilet, sticky residue over the dining table, etc. The bed did appear to be clean and mattress showed no signs of bedbugs. Bear in mind that this is in the context of having paid (i) an additional cleaning fee and (ii) a non-refundable damage 'waiver fee'! So: yuck. Text responsiveness from management was good. They asked for pics of the filth, apologised, and sent the cleaner back on the following day; things were improved (although it looks as though they just cleaned exactly the spots of which I sent pics!). I was offered a refund of half of the cleaning fee. This last became slightly contenious, because after I returned home they tried to tie that refund to only being given after a review: not OK. But overall: points for trying.
