Bed comfortable, spacious balcony, great views. Ask Kostas (owner) for car rental, he gives a good deal better than local car rental. Natalia and Kostas and everyone else from staff are great and very helpful.

Breakfast has only few options. Dinner didn’t meet our expectations, the food was below average and tasteless. The hill that almost every guest mentions, it’s truly challenging even for fit people. The hotel doesn’t have anything to eat or drink after 10PM. Perhaps a vending machine would help the guests.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The pool was a great size and deep enough to enjoy a proper swim, which was a real highlight. The grounds are well maintained and pleasant to walk around. Having a restaurant on site was very convenient, especially if you don't feel like going out. The views from the hotel are beautiful and really add to the overall experience. The cleaners were really lovely and friendly.

The pool bar lacked atmosphere, and as breakfast is served around the pool, it didn't feel comfortable having a morning swim. We were given a room with very little privacy, as guests were constantly walking past and the sun loungers were right by the pathway. "laundry facilities are available", usually for the price you would get a washing machine in the room but there was 1 washing machine to share in a shed for everyone which was a little inconvenient. "coffee machine" is apparently found in the room but not our room. Also we didn't get our instant coffee topped up for our last night. We went to town for breakfast for a more authentic experience. The walk back from town is up a steep hill, and our dinner at the hotel was disappointing—the T-bone steak was very thin and overcooked. The Greek salad had lettuce and carrot in. The bedding also looked off-white rather than fresh. The hotel had a very quiet atmosphere, with most guests appearing to be over 60. Overall, it wasn't our favourite place in Crete, and there are better-value hotels nearby offering a similar experience.

Was exactly as we hoped, views were fabulous, all the staff were lovely and so helpful. Super peaceful and relaxed. Bed was so comfy!

Rom was too small. Had to squeeze along the side of the bed and avoid the tv on the wall. Very frustrating

Fabulous breakfast. Exceptional. Lovely pool bar and onsite restaurant. Food gorgeous. Accommodation was just beautiful and to wake up in the morning and to be able to see the mountains and sea from your bed through the patio doors was breathtaking. Everything so clean and tidy. The additional pool for our Mirabello suites was a fabulous bonus. Lots of sun-beds too. Owners and team exceptional, nothing too much trouble. Setting so tranquil. Stunning views all around. Beautiful setting. Harbour full of lovely restaurants and taverns. Fabulous food and very reasonably priced too. Everywhere so friendly. Free parking such a bonus.

The hill down to the gorgeous town is rather steep but we did get use to it after day 2 and a taxi back up from harbour was only €6 if you didn’t fancy the 5 min climb back up. Lots of taxis in town.
