The staff were superb, going way out to make the stay very comfortable. The food was delicious.

Wilson and the entire staff were excellent. We actually stayed here at the beginning of our time in Uganda as well as at the end. On our arrival, we were very early into Entebbe and our airline failed to send the luggage for practically everyone on board. This created a 2-3 hour delay getting out of the airport to where Wilson was waiting to pick us up. He was still there, courteous and helpful, without any angst due to our delay. Additionally, when we arrived at the hotel, it was much too early to check in. No problem, the staff fixed us up in another room where we could relax and even shower if we wanted, and brought us coffee, all at no charge. This was a new level of customer service for me. Of course, I understand that if they didn’t have the space, it would have been different, but they did and going far beyond what was expected earned them the highest honors.

The only thing I didn’t like was that, at first encounter, the menu item selections for the restaurant were pretty slim. However, don’t despair! I discovered that Chef’s Dale and Gilbert will cook to order provided they have enough lead time. How extensive they’d go is uncertain, however, for my wife, myself and our guests, every time we ate on site they accommodated our “off menu” requests in addition to those on the menu.

Everything about the property was to perfection. The property was very spacious, clean and included all the amenities you would need to make your stay more relaxing. It surely beat living in a conventional hotel. Wilson always went an extra mile to see to it that we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We will surely be staying here again ☺️it was the perfect way to end our trip to Uganda. Great value for money and the perfect hosts. I highly recommend it! Oh and you get free airport transfers😜

This is super comfort apartment with well maintenance. If you are from western countries, this could be good choice for start of your trip while adjusting to different yet beautiful Uganda vibe.

There is room for improvements in food.

Perfect stay…

The apartment is spectacular. The modern amenities (air conditioning, amazing showers, fridge/freezer, Netflix, etc) was the perfect place to unwind after our 14 day safari. An added bonus was the little pool - it was heaven sent after a very long, dusty drive from Mburo Nat'l Park. We ordered dinner upon our check in - the grilled fish filets and mashed potatoes was one of the best meals we had our entire vacation. Breakfast was delivered to our room the next morning and was also delicious. From the moment we checked in to being dropped off at the airport, Wilson, Norah, Delgracious, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Wilson was sooo gracious to allow us a very late check out since my partner was feeling ill; he also arranged a boda boda (which I highly recommend as a method of transport during your stay!) for me to get to and from the botanical gardens. The location is a little out of the way from the main tourist area, but I actually enjoyed watching the locals go about their day/evening. A big plus is that it is only a 15 minute-ish drive from the airport.

It was no fault of our hosts (and I actually really enjoyed watching/listening!) but just a heads up the music was a little loud coming from the pork joint/bar across the street at night so you may want earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Everything was good, good accommodation with all the necessities, lovely staff and very welcoming. The place was exactly like in the pics
