It was a delight to stay at this apartment/hotel. The staff was kind, accommodating, and prompt. The apartment was well-decorated, clean, and spacious. The breakfast and lunch was extremely delicious. For example, I had a continental breakfast, but it everything tasted fresh. I appreciated the complimentary airport pickup and drop off and laundry service. The WIFI worked well. I will definitely stay at this apartment/hotel again when I come to . Norah and her team are incredible.

The location is less than ideal. There isn't much to see in the area. However, since this was a short stay for me before heading back to the States, I didn't mind the location. Also, the driver was slightly late with picking me up from the airport. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been ideal for the driver to be present when I arrived.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. I booked two apartments to rest in before our late-night flight for our group of nine people. The property was experiencing power outages during our entire stay, and they couldn't keep the power on for more than a few minutes at a time. They have a small restaurant and offered to fix us food, insisting they could have it ready before our departure. When it was time for us to depart, they had only been able to finish 3/9 of the meals we ordered (along with a few salads and cups of soup). And yet the manager insisted that I still pay for ALL the meals. Being charged for food we didn't receive is very unprofessional. The following day, I received a note from the manager apologizing for the "unfortunate events" and offered a free night stay the next time I was in Entebbe. Um, no thank you. Looking back on the situation, the power outages may have been unavoidable, but a professional team would have handled the situation better. Hot meals should have never been offered. And certainly, I should not have had to pay for meals we didn't receive.

This apartment hotel has been done with lots of care, expertise and thoughts. We took the room on the upper floor and had the remote view of airport with landing and taking off aircraft. The sitting room is very spacious, nicely arranged and equipped with all necessary amenities. Smart TV had all possible channels and applications. The beddings in the bedrooms were just perfect and air conditioning worked nicely. Outside there is small bud very lovely swimming pool with crystal clear water and bar nearby.

The AC worked great and it was super clean. The staff is excellent and accommodating. Very secure location. Netflix and DSTV worked well.

The hot water wasn’t hot, barely warm, and the pressure was quite low. Need shade for the breakfast area and better tables/chairs around the pool.

Location very conjunction area, Neighbourhood problem all night music on..and bathrooms size is very small.
