Clean, flexible, great helpful staff.

The smell of fumigation was disturbing.

Clean and modern. The staff was outstanding. All the appliances and lights worked.

Small bathroom and the sink was too big for the bathroom. No place in bathroom to put items such as glasses, creme, etc. Towel holders were so high up that people who are on the shorter side cannot reach them and they need to step on the toilet to get the bath towel. No pool chairs.

Review: A Hidden Gem in Entebbe, Uganda I recently stayed at Entebbe Stay Apart-Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional value it offered compared to other hotels in the area. Arranging transportation was a breeze, with Ubers readily available from 5 AM and arriving within 7 minutes. The hotel's breakfast and meals were delicious, and the pool and bar area provided a relaxing atmosphere. The location was convenient, with the airport nearby and Kampala just an hour away. The hotel also has a wonderful vehicle and driver that can be hired for short transfers and longer trips. The only minor drawback was the noise from surrounding areas, which could be bothersome at night. I recommend bringing a good pair of silicone earplugs to ensure a peaceful sleep. Overall, Entebbe Stay Apart-Hotel is a fantastic choice for travellers seeking a luxurious and affordable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Entebbe.

Spotlessly clean spacious airconditioned apartment with everything you need to unwind after a safari tour. The bonus for us was the complementary airport transfer in luxury vehicle. Only 10 min from the airport. This is ideal for families or friends travelling together as the apartment has two or three bedroom options. Smart wall mounted TV worked well. Nice pool and bar area, staff were very helpful and friendly Very nice breakfast included.

The locals like to party, and it was rather noisy until the early hours. Neighbourhood is not the best, but the home had very good security.

- Outside hardly any space - For a drink or breakfast not terrace or so, just a few tables facing the perimeter wall. - Swimming pool small and very cold (not much sun) - Bad coffee - Got charged 18k for a simple Rolex - Bit further away from center, supermarkets and malls

Very clean and relatively quiet once you are inside

The fact that we were rushed out. Once our stay was over there was no politeness on the phone. The person on the other end of the line was like “I don’t understand your problem” that’s when we decided to leave and never come back.

Excellent service, exceptional staff especially Gilbert, Saleem(?), Lucy, and Norah. Highly maintained facility and very clean. All amenities provided, and even more, upon request. Very comfortable for us, and was home, away from home. We will definitely stay there again wherever we are in Kampala. Actual photos attached, close to pics shared.

Not in the best neighborhood, but building itself stands out and very secure. Also we could have some wifi extenders to the master bedroom in the 3-bedroom apartment. These days, everything runs on internet.
