Excellente situation. Confortable

Was taken to a different apartment block owned by the Same company. The flat was of a good standard with a good location. Clean and well serviced with clean towels etc every day. A great flat if you want to eat out for all your meals.

Cooking facilities were a little limited. It had adequate crockery and cutlery and pots and pans for two people. Coffee machine but no kettle, but got by with use of microwave. No instructions leaflet to use induction stove top. Small Fridge was full of alcohol bottles leaving little storage for food. The only bin was a little bin next to toilet.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt war perfekt. Man kann überall zu Fuss hingehen.

ein winziges Minus: die Küchenausstattung (Teller, Gläser, Besteck) war sehr minimal.

Fijne locatie in het centrum. Wij parkeerde bij Santa Luzia/ 8 october parking, dat was prima te doen, 5 euro per dag en ongeveer 10 min lopen naar het appartement. Ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig kunt hebben, keuken, wasmachine. Wij waren er 10 dagen en er is 1x schoongemaakt en handdoeken verschoont, voor ons was dit prima. Al met al was het voor de prijs-kwaliteit een goed verblijf.

Na een tijdje was het warme water op dus dit was vervelend voor de persoon die als tweede ging douchen. Keukengerei voelde wat muffig/ oud. Inchecken ging telefonisch, onze vlucht kwam heel vroeg aan maar we konden niet eerder inchecken.

It’s all about the location, location, location and it is ideally placed in the city centre with walkable access to everything. The balcony gave residents an opportunity to see the world go round. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities you may need. There was the welcome Madeira wine and two sweets
