"Relaxed and spacious"

There are no amenities. The TV is very out dated and wifi connection is very poor or non-existent. There is no basic stuff like sugar or salt or even soap to wash the utensils after use.

"Clean and spacious"

Super spacious rooms with a big living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located in a bit more quiet area but it is super easy to take an Uber to the city center.

"Beautiful, clean apartments in a quiet area"

Clean and quiet, with beautiful plants all around! Comfortable apartment.

It took 4 days before someone came to get the Zuku TV channels to work, even though we brought it to their attention on Day 1. WiFi isn’t the best. The place needs better onsite management.

when we arrived the property we had booked wasn't what we were given. We were told to pay more for the property we had seen advertised. The property was hardly serviced, we often ran out of clean towels. The TV subscription had not been paid which meant we could not watch tv. The bathroom was leaking water. Certain days reception was deserted and we could not get assistance.
