Great space nice to be able to use kitchen area

Was very hot, I know we can't help weather but was too warm, fan was helpful though

We liked the location and cute decorated rooms or common areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Geetha was very helpful and she managed the problems that we faced during our stay.

The mattress was too hard and bathroom&shower were extremely small. The bathroom needs some more hooks or shelves for towels.

Self contained room with access to sitting area and kitchen. Adequate parking. Could easily get into town. Cute decor related to its past life as a bicycle shop.

We found it met our needs.might be cramped in the bathroom for some.

Clean Good facilities

The accommodation is in a good location and has parking which is a bonus in the area. I didn't see any staff on site but Geetha was more than helpful over the phone and kept me well informed. I will be staying for another week. Very reasonable rates.

Loved our stay on the TOBS Norwich. Liked the location and the facilities and cleanliness are as expected. Shared kitchen was an added bonus and also had cereals and other basic stuffs for breakfast. Geetha has been helpful and made our check-in / check-out process easier.
