The home was fantastic for the 4 couples that were traveling together. The rooms were wonderfully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was nice and accommodated us all nicely. The hosts even had a cake and milk for us to enjoy the night of our arrival. Nice touch. The hosts were so gracious and communicated well. I would highly recommend this home to anyone.

I was a little uneasy about parking. But in the end, it worked out ok. We parked in the lot behind the residence. But when not available, it was easy to find nearby parking by the home. So it all turned out great.

The shower room, while cozy, was just right—a perfect balance between functionality and space. It was a minor aspect that did not detract from the overall positive experience. The thoughtful welcome treat provided by the host was a pleasant surprise and set a positive tone for my stay. One aspect that stood out to me was the attention to detail regarding guests' needs. The host seemed to have anticipated everything, from the new fluffy pillows to the convenient additions of a fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, and cutlery in the room. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to sustainability, earning them a well-deserved 5-star rating in my book. The installation of on-demand hot water heaters not only demonstrates their eco-conscious mindset but also adds to the overall convenience for guests. Additionally, the provision of a battery recycling box reflects their dedication to environmental responsibility. Overall, the experience was extremely positive, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again in the future. It's truly a hidden gem worth discovering. The price of the property was great, especially for a large group of people (we had 10 people in 5 rooms). Everything was very clean, it had every thing we needed and the staff were very helpful and responsive offering to extend our check out time and support with access to the property. Everything you need!

Great location for walking into the city, visiting local restaurants and cafes, and for the Fat Cat pub! Also, loved having the offstreet parking and the fence providing screening from the roadside. Well-equipped in-room kitchen area and we were offered use of a larger facility should we have needed it. Very comfortable bed and effective heating too. Geeta could not have been more helpful and attentive to ensure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. We'd definitely recommend this property and will book again.

No major criticism but along with many places we stay, there was no bathroom storage for toiletries and cosmetics. Also, bedside shelves or small cabinets would be a great addition to the room we stayed in, along with a full length mirror.

Pleasant central location with a great (quiet) pub (the Fat Cat) just across the road. The room was immaculately clean.

The space was much smaller than expected. I understood that I would have access to a washing machine and kitchen, but the door leading to it was locked with a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. There was an array of various air fresheners in my room, which made me so wheezy I had to temporarily remove them, but even then the scent lingered... I was also surprised to be asked to sign a contract in advance of staying (a kind of mini-tenancy agreement) and also put a deposit of £100 against damages on my card, which all seemed a bit OTT.
