"We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back."

The property was beautiful and the room was very large. The manger was very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast provided was exceptional. Loved the cappuccino and pastries!

The shower temperature could have been a little warmer.

"Unexcusable I was told everyone is using the water at the same time. Got burned using the shower."

Unexcusable. Shower. Low water pressure to no water. Either ice cold or scorching hot. Took me 45mins to try to wash my hair and shower. Unexcusable. Kitchen had no towel had to use my bath towel. The tea kettle had no plug in the kitchen to use. Never coming back. Asking for a refund.

Great breakfast selection, cookies, pastries, cereal, pastries, meats, cheese, breads, yogurt, fruit, jams, eggs, juices, bottled water, amazing!

I couldn't find tissues in my room, otherwise the room had everything you could want or have forgotten, dental kit, shaving kit, nail /makeup kit, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, several flavors of tea.

"One of my favourite places to stay in Italy"

The apartment was lovely, clean with quality furnishings, the staff polite and very helpful and breakfast was plentiful with a good range of food. The location was just one street away from the main areas and at both ends of the street are two UNESCO World Heritage sites. For the price it is certainly one of my favourite places to stay in Italy

Yulia is incredibly gracious and super help before, and after our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of tasty food.
