La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale della città e si può raggiungere comodamente in macchina anche se si trova all'interno della Ztl e a circa dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione dei treni (si può attraversare la Ztl con la propria macchina e bisogna comunicarlo alla struttura che poi a sua volta farà la segnalazione della targa al Comune). La stanza era davvero bella e confortevole; la colazione anche era molto interessante e offriva diverse alternative. L'accoglienza e il servizio offerto dalla referente che ha seguito la prenotazione e pernottamento è stata molto professionale e gentile.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfy. Location was perfect for walking to old town? Museum, train station. Our host was excellent and helpful in explaining how to see old town. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy.

The property is conveniently located half way between the train station and the city centre and close to one of the mosaic basilicas. With courtyard facing rooms it is very quiet.

My only suggestion for improvement would be self service tea and coffee at breakfast.

Camera molto grande, pulita e funzionale in pieno centro, per muoversi a piedi. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile: essendo impossibilitati ad arrivare entro l'orario previsto per il check in, ci ha fornito le indicazioni per accedere autonomamente. Ci ha inoltre fornito il permesso ZTL per entrare nella zona a traffico limitato e ci ha fatto trovare nella stanza il ticket per il parcheggio pubblico a 5 euro.

Qualche problema con la doccia, che faceva scendere pochissima acqua.

Все понравилось. Особенно конечно Юлия - рассказала все интересные места Равенны. Апартаменты очень хорошие, подготовили все для ребенка (даже больше чем нужно). Вкусный завтрак с хорошим кофе. Удобное месторасположение.

Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich! Die Lage ist genau so wie die Atmosphäre sehr gut.

Die Beleuchtung könnte mit weniger Kaltlichtlampen und mehr warmen Lampen deutlich gemütlicher gestaltet werden.
