I give a 10/10 for the quality - price ratio. We had an entire apartment with living room, kitchen and double beds and washing machine. It was a very pleasant stay!

The kitchen could be more furnished with pans and tools to cook something.

"Value for Money, Owner is really Gentleman."

The gentleman who I spoke to on phone was really very responsible and cooperative. The rent is very competitive. Specious flat, Kitchen utensils are useful. Convenient location.

The receptionist could be a bit more welcoming.

The location is at a good central place with all shops nearby and not far from Malls or beach. It's a quiet apartment.

Kitchen should be equipped with sufficient tools for families. Balcony was below one square meter and should not be advertised as such. Parking in front of the building can be a challenge later in the evening.
