Communication très facile, personnel très aimable et souriant. Logement très propre.

La.petite lumière rouge( alarme incendie ) qui clignote au dessus de la porte est assez ennuyante. 😪

Ottima la posizione, purtroppo non mi sento di dire la stessa cosa per i servizi. Ho prenotato per 3 ma il terzo letto era praticamente inesistente, si trattava di un materasso in gommapiuma. Quindi per quanto mi riguarda, rapporto qualità prezzo non molto coerente al servizio offerto. Pure avendo segnalato qualcosa che non andava non abbiamo avuto riscontro.

clean and spacious

didn’t get told about the road works happening outside of the renovation next door, woke us up at 7am every morning and lasted all day until 5pm

Not having to use a key or card to enter the building or room

Everything was fine but would have been good to be able to hire or borrow a kettle to make tea 😊
