The room was neat and clean, has a kitchenette Excellent location, accessible to city center and all the nice restaurants and shopping area walkable distance

There isn't anyone we can easily talk to since there is no reception. Entrance to the building and the elevator is smelly No breakfast available

Adequate accommodation for 3 nights in Seville. Easy access to accommodation. Greatly appreciated access to laundry, and was provided drying rack in room. Large fridge, and clean cooking conditions. good communication from management. appreciated being allowed to store luggage on site prior to check in time, before room was ready. Was able to move furniture to optimize space and privacy for guest. Would be good communication for young travellers/couples/groups. Could air conditioning/temperature control system.

Bathroom was Quaint, large step prior to entry. Would appreciate tower hooks/hanger outside of shower. No place outside of shower in bathroom to hang shower/large towels. Could Provide a map in room for travellers with key sites. Due to construction on road outside of building. Garbage disposal information was inaccurate, could update location of disposal while construction active. One side of the building is on busy street, with active construction, may be very loud for those staying on that side.

The location is just perfect, everything is at a walking distance. The apartment was perfectly clean, the host is super friendly. Will definitely come back!

Posizione eccezionale, sotto alla struttura de las setas per cui in pochissimi minuti si arriva in centro e a tutte le attrazioni principali di Siviglia. Appartamento molto nuovo e ben organizzato! Salone cucina con tutto il necessario per mangiare e rilassarsi, molto luminoso e pulito. Camera adattata bene per la permanenza di 3 persone. Credo che se fossimo state due sarebbe stata spaziosa e perfetta. Bagno pulito e organizzato. Non abbiamo avuto contatti diretti con l’host ma telematicamente ha funzionato tutto benissimo.
