"Superb"

The beds were really comfortable, and i love the self check in system.

The email got 2.5h too late to me i stayed outside of the property for so long. The number was not answering.

Location is good, the staff was helpful and allowed early check in

Not properly cleaned, very noisy at night, many amenities did not work in the flat and I was informed that we will have a Sauna but we did not.

"Please upgrade the beds"

The location of the property was the best and probably the only good thing

Property was not clean. Bed sheets had stains on them and they were extremely low and uncomfortable. Other facilities were clean but we did not need to use them

Location and cleanings

There are steps in living room and bedroom that are hard to see and my kids (5 and 9) did trip over them quite few times and fell over at night as well when they were going to the toilet. Washing machine as quite tricky to work and didn’t wash very well, no dry rack available to dry clothes . Its hot in the summer so needed windows open and could hear tram going past all the time

- dirty - blood stains on curtains - old - no smoke alarm - the pictures looked way better than the place - room wasn't ready on time
