Hight- 6th floor views on Tallinn and the very central location.

The broken roll-up curtain in one of the bedrooms. Extremely challenging to get normal sleep with Estonia’s white nigyts in summer. Poor equipment in the kitchen. Bad mattresses ( too used, soft). Overall lack of design and modernity in the apartment - very basic.

Location of the apartment and big apartment. I received an email instruction how to check in. It is very detailed check in instructions. We have not meet the owner. I got all the informations I needed from the email he/ she sent to me.We got the key through a key box with code on it.

So hot in the evening there is no electric fan or air conditioning. We could not sleep well because of the heat. When you open the windows for ventilation the noise from the outside is very loud if your room is close to the main road. The toilet cover is broken and it does not fit the toilet bowl. One towel in other room is wet and the bed got wet as well. I am contacting the owner through booking.com but no response at all. The kitchen utensils are ok for 6 persons.

The location is within short walking distance to the city centre. The shower is good. The bed mattresses were soft and rather comfy (despite being old and worn). 10% discount in the downstairs restaurant.

The photos look nice but do no reflect the reality for apartment no. 18 at least which is small and rather dated. There were indeed limited items in the kitchen (some glasses, a few cups, a little cutlery, only 3 plates (for a four person apartment!) - and that is basically it). No water boiler, so used the microwave oven for making coffee/tea. The water tap in the kitchen was leaking onto the table top and seeping into the cupboard below, so we had to close the valves in the cupboard below = no water in the kitchen. Also, water was leaking from pipes onto the floor in the bathroom. In one of the bedrooms the roller curtain could not be opened, so no light and fresh air allowed inside. For the other bedroom, during nights, we could choose between having super hot temperature or accepting noise from the backyard (constant whistling sound). And forget about any communication with the host. We asked questions via Booking.com but never received any answers.

The location was good, near the concert we came for. There were a nice cafe and breakfast place the other side of the street. The apartment itself was spacious and clean.

My experience with this rental was extremely disappointing. Booking conditions weren't clear: first no advance payment needed, then 2 weeks before arrival, a full payment was demanded without any explanation. Despite prepaying for my reservation, communication was poor and there was no response to my inquiries. No check-in instructions granted before the trip. Upon arrival, my reservation couldn't be located, causing significant inconvenience as I couldn't get into the apartment, only later. Overall, the lack of communication and politeness made this a frustrating experience for me and my friends.

Location was very good and spacious apartment.

The beds were quite uncomfortable especially when paying for the better apartment option.
